Film festival

To celebrate 60 years of Sri Lankan cinema, the Hyderabad Film Club is hosting screenings of films made in Sri Lanka till June 22. The films to be screened are Nidhanaya (The Treasure) on 16th, Kadapathaka Chaya (Mirror Image) on 17th, Pavuru Walalu (Walls Within) on 18th, Theertha Yathra (Pilgrimage) on 19th and Aswesuma (The Compensation) on 20th.

The screenings will be at Sarathi Studios Preview Theatre, Ameerpet, 6.30 p.m.

Music fest
