Strawberry treat

Chef Gabba and Chef Phillip have come up with some unique strawberry-based desserts such as strawberry granita (farm fresh strawberries frozen to make your tongue tingle), flaked strawberry and sacher parfait (semi-frozen chocolate and butterscotch flavoured dessert topped with brandy macerated strawberry flakes), strawberry cheesecake (soft creamy cheesecake with a layer of strawberry jelly and sliced strawberries), strawberry tarts (boat shaped tarts filled with custard topped with strawberries), pinacolada and strawberry slice.
