Lobster with butter garlic sauce - an exciting recipe by East 101

A UNIQUE dining concept takes one on a culinary journey to East 101 Oriental Bistro at Global Business Park, DLF city, Gurgaon that serves some of the finest oriental cuisines in the world. Spacious with its well-furnished interiors the restaurant appears to be an ideal place for the corporate, executives and even youths to party. The restaurant has thrown an invitation to seafood aficionados to spice up the festivities with its gourmet seafood spread `Ocean of choices'.

"We have introduced happy hours from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for our customers during which time we give 50 per cent discount on drinks and 40 per cent on beer," informs Anunay Kumar, Manager, East 101. The largest bar lounge in Gurgaon with the pub named Latitude, its DJ makes the restaurant a hip-hop place for the people, he adds.

The exciting menu offers delectable choices from lobsters to squids, prawns to jumbo prawns, etc., and some must-must tries on the menu include crab spring rolls with dipping sauce, lobster with butter garlic, red snapper with burnt garlic sauce, stir fried squid prepared in five spice sauce, crab toast, raw mango salad with crispy fish and sea food coriander.
