Biriyani all the way

WITH RAMZAN being just round the corner, Biriyani Merchant is launching the Midnight Biriyani Festival. The fest is on from October 15 and goes on till November 15, between 10.30 p.m. and 12.30 a.m.

The fest, sponsored by Kohinoor Basmati, will have on offer haleem (minced mutton with broken wheat), three types of biriyani, dessert, and suleimani chai. The menu will change everyday and the food is targeted at late-night diners.

Customers can also win prizes every week and the organisers have planned a bumper prize, which will be given away at the end of the festival period.

Biriyani Merchant can be contacted on 51128081.
