Holiday fun -- Tarun

STARS GET little time to relax. When they want to unwind, they prefer to set off to places with family or friends to chill out.

Film star Tarun loves to holiday. When he was asked about six of his favourite holiday spots he quickly retorted "I have been to Switzerland quite a few times." Yet this scenic country is on his list. Here are his six favourite hotspots in the country and abroad.

Goa: Mere mention of this place itself sounds like a holiday. One can party and have fun. I like chilling out in the sand.

Switzerland: I feel a lot of peace when I go there. I am away from people and it's a different world together. I like to go on long walks. I usually like to stay at Hotel Rougemount near Gstaad. When I look at the glazier in front from the balcony it's an awesome sight.

Venice: One should go as a couple definitely. I suffered going alone. It's a picturesque place.

Bangkok: I was there for New Year with friends. We had booked a private island and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves partying. It's a good place for shopping and a great one for massages. The foot message is really good.

Kerala: Like travelling in the houseboats in Alappuzha. Also I make it a point to eat the dish - banana fried with jaggery.

London: The weather is very good. Since I am very much into branded wear, I go crazy shopping at Oxford Street and Harrods. I made it a point to go to Lords.
