Rajasthan in Delhi

Offering a series of delectable cuisine that promises to tickle the taste buds of food lovers this festival offers a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fare. The starter includes murg murmuri kabab, scrumptious shahi bharwan aloo, paneer bada, murg ke shooley, mirchi bada and more. The main course follows an enticing culinary trail that includes dal bati choorma, besan ke gatte, papd ki sabzi, paneer jaipuria, a favourite dish from Jaipur, mangodi ki subzi and kadhi. Apart from this one can also relish some delectable platters like khaas sakahari platter, a royal assortment of vegetarian kababs served with roomali and laccha onion, and vegetarian shahi thal.
