Sumptuous buffet: It's a Northern Sojourn at Cafe Mercara

CHOLA SHERATON'S coffee boutique Cafe Mercara now takes you on a Northern Sojourn with its dinner buffet every night from 7.30 to 11.30 till August 6. The menu changes daily and includes a variety of chaats prepared by Chef Bhagwan, veg and non-veg biryanis and sabzis, besides salads and desserts.

Mercara also offers sandwiches, pastries, burgers and milk shakes, apart from a wide variety of coffee and tea from different parts of the globe.

It brings back aromas that were popular 25 years ago. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes such as bissi bela bhath and bagala bhath, pepper chicken Chettinad, South Indian fish curry and dakshin prawn curry, paneer makhni, mutton roganjosh, paneer/chicken paratha rolls, chilli cheese toast, Nilgiri korma, rajma masala and keema rice are some of the Mercara Classics.

Also available at the Cafe Mercara is an executive dinner buffet.
