An Indian spice in every slice

EXPERIMENTATION IS undoubtedly the most loved practice for all who wish to stay in the business successfully. Pizza Corner, the quick service restaurant chain seems to have imbibed this concept and is zeroing in more on `Hindustani' taste nowadays by welcoming consumers with Indianised versions of the pizza.

The newly introduced range of "desi pizzas" is an effort to infuse exquisite flavours both from the North and the South of the country.

The new fiery range includes teekha tikka, tandoori paneer, southern spice and keema Chettinad. While teekha tikka and tandoori paneer cater to those who like tandoori flavours in their pizza, southern spice and keema Chettinad are deliciously popular for the spicy Karaikudi flavours made up of exotic spices such as mace, fired curry leaves and fresh ground peppercorns. "The new addition is an endeavour to acquire and consolidate the regional diversity by including spices from every nook and corner to make it more yummy and palatable," says Tarandeep, a company official.

When it comes to topping the list in terms of savour and customer appeal, teekha tikka, spiced up with select kasoori methi, tandoori masalas and mouth-watering southern spices, is a frontrunner.

So, ready for a slice of American-style Italy - the Indian way?
