CAFÉ MERCARA at Chola Sheraton has come up with a food festival that is sure to attract health aficionados. The menu this time comprises light and nourishing items, which combine various Indian influences.
For starters there are steamed vegetable dumpling, tacos and cheese straws, while soup lovers can check out green minestrone with cheese croutons or essence of tomato with burnt arlic.
The main course comprises spiced roast leg of lamb, Louisiana shrimp submarine, chicken slim liner, grilled cilantro chicken, pan seared fish served with lime rice, goonche bahar and vegetable pita pockets.
For those with a sweet tooth, check out basundi, cappuccino cheesecake, chocolate angel cake and honey almond biscotti,

ROYAL SOUTHERN Hotels at SRM Nagar, Kattankulathur, has come up with a host of promotional activities Red Hot Cool Fest,Tic! Tac! Toe! and a fortune spinner.
At the Red Hot Cool Fest, on till July 10, you will be greeted with spicy biriyani, which comes with complimentary Sand Piper beer for just Rs. 120. "Tic! Tac! Toe!" is a Karaoke show at Royal Southern's Pool View open-air restaurant where you can savour tikkas every Saturday and Sunday, 7 p.m. onwards.
If you want to check your luck, all you have to do is to just drop your business card in the bowl placed in the restaurant after writing on the reverse of the card the bill/receipt number for the service availed at any of the hotel's outlets, Pool View, Cheers (the bar), Emerald and Eashwar (banquet and conference halls).
