Watch the watches

IF YOU have it, flaunt it is the mantra of success - be it riches, clothes, jewellery or even watches. With so many old styles returning to rule, here is Christian Dior coming out with its D'trick summer 2004 watch range on the lines of `30s and `40s Hollywood style. The prime characteristics of the film world's femme fatales of yesteryear, shock, provocation, glamour and elegance, Ravi Thakran, Regional managing Director, LVMH Watches and Jewellery, Asia Pacific, says, get reflected in this Dior range.

Launched with a lot of hoopla at the recent Lakme India Fashion Week, the watches sporting the D'Trick look are Chris 47 Chrono, Chris 47 Steel Set Dial D'Trick and Riva Sparkling and Malice D'Trick. Unveiled by fashion designer Rohit Bal, this collection is now available at 33 retail points across 13 Indian cities.
