Pizza with exotic topping

A WORKING lunch never gives you enough time to explore new flavours.

Even picking up the phone to order a pizza is not tempting when you have savoured every variety and gotten tired of it too. But a pizza is still the ideal meal for many — quick, filling, and easy on the gastronomic sensitivity.

Chef Sundar Sudarshan of

The Polo Club makes a melange of the need for a swift snack and the yearning for exotic flavours.

He has spruced up the boring pizza to make it a gourmet diet. From May 15 to 31, tomato, mushroom, and pepperoni toppings will be replaced by grilled steak, Sambal sauce, artichokes, mussels, and prawns.

Even if you do not recognise any of these ingredients, just bite into a slice and let your taste buds do the talking!

Call The Polo Club on 25585858.
