Chaat corner


A TREAT awaits chaat lovers in the city at Aqua, the poolside café at The Park. Chef Bilas Pundit has been specially flown in from Kolkata to create some mouth-watering phuchkas, churmur, batata puri, aloo dum, bhel puri and dahi phuchkas. POT POURRI, the multi-cuisine restaurant at Grand Orient, Anna Salai, is hosting "Biriyani Dharbar" a festival of traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian biriyanis till April 20.
