Household fame

ZEBA, THE international home fashion brand, has always hogged news lines, be it in the Limca Book of Records, 2003, for creating the world's largest hand tufted carpet, or for taking up the creative wheel to decorate Nikita Anand's house. This indigenous brand, that has carved a name by co-sponsoring the annual Femina Miss India extravaganzas, has also won a reputation through institutional projects, like designing the interiors of Le Meridien, JW Marriott and the Taj Hotels.

In its latest autumn-winter collection, Zeba sets the palette for the season, with the rich plumes of maroons and rusts. Zeba has fashioned bed linen, table runners, wine bags, curtains, handbags and stoles. With quilts in velvet and gold, and handbags in silks and jute, with satin wine bags, embroidered cushion covers, and delicate curtains in organza, Zeba is all set to retain its niche in elegance, this season too.

Also into customising house-ware, Zeba employs its own set of designers who help their clients design accessories for their homes. With carpets in earthy hues, durries bearing geometrical prints, lampshades in translucent nets and table runners with ornate embroidery, Zeba claims to have revolutionised the vista of an Indian home.
