Moong Sprouts


Ingredients

Green gram (moong) sprouts - 200 gms
Chopped Onions (big) - 2
Chopped Tomatoes (big) - 2
Red Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 10 ml
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander leaves - 1/2 sprig
Salt - to taste

Method

1. Heat Oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves. Add chopped Onions and sauté.

2. Add prepared tomatoes and sauté well.

Add red chilly powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Sauté.

3. Add sprouts and enough water to cover.

Add salt. Cook till done.

4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot.

Note: Goes well with Chapattis and Rice.
