Peppy pizzas

Pizza Corner has launched four new pizzas as part of the seventh anniversary celebrations.

APIZZA, with a crispy-baked base topped with olives, mushroom, tomatoes, capsicum and mozzarella cheese, is one of the best things to have come out of the pan. The Italian delicacy is a hit worldwide. For the Hyderabadi, it is an anytime snack or a filling dinner option.

And the news for all pizza buffs is that, Pizza Corner has launched authentic Italian pizzas plus time-tested Grandma's bakes, exotic salads and more in the new menu as part of the seventh anniversary celebration.

"Our objective is to offer new varieties to our guests all the time. Creating a new menu isn't simply a task of redesigning the menu card. While creating new products we have taken the feedback from our guests, conducted surveys and have spent a good six months on research and sourcing of ingredients," says Anoop Sequeira, CEO, Pizza Corner India (P) Limited.

The new options in veg are Neopolitan (fresh crushed tomatoes, sliced olives and mozzarella cheese) and Siciliana (slices of tangy gherkins, mushrooms, tomatoes, sliced olives and crushed garlic), while in the non-veg section there is Romana (lamb pepperoni, sliced gherkins, assorted bell peppers, mushrooms and sliced olives) and Rustica (strips of grilled chicken with chunks of sun-dried tomatoes) - all in medium and large size with a dash of extra virgin olive oil.

Apart from the pizzas, the new menu introduces salads such as Tossed Veg and Grilled Chicken options, appetisers— vegetarian Veggie Focaccia, non-vegetarian Sausage Focaccia and Hot Wings.

The regular dishes - Grandma's bakes, classic and desi pizzas and desserts are all there for those die-hard connoisseurs of these items.

And if you still find the menu confusing go for pre-plated Zzapi Combi - the kids menu which has interesting combinations.

Pizza Corner also gives you an opportunity to unleash your creativity and make your own pizza, a plain and simple Margherita with oodles of mozzarella cheese, or with some vegetarian toppings such as jalapeno pepper, red capsicum and sweet corn as also seasoned chicken sausage, chicken salami and lamb pepperoni from the non-vegetarian toppings.

Go ahead and dig into the new fare.
