LASALLE - AN international player in soft leather portfolio and luggage bazaar - has launched a new range of leather and canvas products. The range comprises laptop compatible wheelports, duffels, satchels and accessories designed for women.

`Always place for a little more,' goes the Lasalle tagline. "The world has literally become one's mobile office. Every person needs to carry a certain amount of important stuff, no matter where he goes. Here, Lasalle products play their part of being user-compatible and hassle-free luggage carriers. Made with `Napa', a high quality and durable leather, it is a utilitarian commodity and will be available in the market within the next three months," explains Mukul Sukhani, Vice-President Marketing Operations.

The leather merchandise is being retailed at 150 outlets across the country like Shoppers Stop, Khazana etc in Delhi and an exclusive Lasalle Boulevard store at Bangalore. The existing assortment of Lasalle creations consists of leather folder with office accessories, overnighters, assortments like CD rack, dustbin and backpacks, etc. The size of Lasalle baggage conforms to IATA specification under the cabin luggage category.

The new range is available in black, dark brown, tan and cognac. Leather wheelports or portfolios-on-wheels are priced between Rs.5000 and 8000 and have capacious compartments. A unisex product, Satchels fall into the `handy hand bag' category and is priced from Rs.2500 to 4000. Duffels priced between Rs.4000 and 5000 are said to be ideal for travelling. Spacious Portfolios have a suave European touch and are priced from Rs.5500 to 6000. Leather accessories for women including wallets, handbags and coin purses, are priced between Rs.300 and 1500. The canvas range for women titled Unlisted from LSL has a casual yet trendy look. Priced from Rs.1000 to 2500.
