Check the information superhighway on some environmental facts and what we could do to arrest the destruction of our planet.

And if you are worried, here are some of the best sites on the environment with a wealth of interesting information on the bad things that are happening to our planet and the good we can do to set it right.

United Nations Environment Network

http://www.unep.net: The United Nations Environment Network is a global portal to authoritative environmental information based on themes and regions.

It brings together environmental information and data providers and facilitates the exchange of environmental information to help citizens.

eNature

http://www.enature.com: An excellent, well-designed, attractive and useful site for environmental information.

It is the destination for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and environmentalists. It offers field guides, habitat guides, news, and community.


The Ecomall

http://www.ecomall.com: The Ecomall site bills itself as "A Place to Help Save the Earth."
