Roast chicken


Can you give me recipe to prepare roast chicken?

THE RECIPE is as follows: Whole chicken - 2. For marination one requires oil - 2 tbsp, salt - 5 gms, pepper powder - 1 tsp, mustard paste - 2 tsp, bay leaves - 5, peppercorns - 10, magi seasoning - 2 tsp, rosemary or any herb - 1 tsp. For roasting: carrots - 2, onions - 2, leeks - 150 gms, celery - 100 gms. Method: Clean, wash and dry chicken. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for one hour. Chop carrots, onions, leeks and celery. Put some chopped vegetables on a roasting tray and some vegetables above the chicken. Put chicken for roasting in a hot oven for one hour and forty-five minutes. Cover chicken with silver foil while roasting. Just before the chicken is done remove silver foil and cook till chicken is golden brown on top. Serve chicken hot with roast gravy.
