Road safety - a matter of life & death

Penalise the violators

Driving has never been so difficult as it is today compared to the last few decades. It is obvious that both the people and the automobiles on the road have grown in volumes over the years but a few changes can set things right.

All drivers who violate the red signal should be penalised.

Barricade the pavements to stop indiscriminate crossing of the road.

Slow moving vehicles like mopeds and other two-wheelers should drive along the left side of the road to enable the faster vehicles to overtake from the right side.

Vendors should not be allowed to sell on the pavements.

P.V.B. Rama Krishna,
Pithapuram Colony.
