Charity man

NOBLE RAJA: Charity first for Dr. Rajashekar

DR. RAJASHEKAR has a way of celebrating his birthday. He believes in keeping the underprivileged happy on his birthday. So it was no cake and champagne for him but charity and only charity. He started off his day with visiting schools run by the Red Cross and distributed sweets and notebooks. He presented 15 wheel chairs to the physically challenged and also donated blood. He reminisces "I met with an accident while shooting for Magadu and thought I would remain handicapped for life. It was miracle that I recovered and after that I decided to do my bit for society." He also formed Rajashekar Charitable Trust and when not shooting he is busy chalking out plans to raise funds for the trust.

G. MANJULA KUMAR
