Shoes to take you places...

IT IS time to pamper your feet. Make sure they have the comfort they deserve. Time to switch to Nike, or so Nike Inc would have us believe. They have launched new Nike Shox - the Nike Shox D for running, Team Shox and Nike Shox VC-II for basketball and Shox Supreme and XT-Plus for training.

Backed by 17 years of research, the shoes, it is claimed, have impact protection and act like a trampoline, absorbing impact and then deflecting the energy stored upwards. While Shox are priced at Rs.7,900, Shox VC-II come for Rs.9,900. The other shoes come between Rs.7,900 and 8,500.

Meanwhile, for those who love sandals to get a feeling of being free, TSF has launched supple sandals. According to Daljit Singh, managing director, TSF Shoes, "These sandals are contemporary yet incorporate rich inputs which are skin-friendly and sweat resistant. TSF sandals range for men is a scintillating display of style, comfort and dynamism."

They are priced at Rs.895 upwards and available across the country. They are said to be made from genuine leather and plush foot bed.

Meant for casual dressing, they are available in a variety of colours.
