Say it with cards

EDUCATING ONE million children. Doesn't it sound amazing? Yes, that's what the Round Table, an international service organisation, does. Towards realising this dream, the Round Table India has launched a compilation of 24 greeting card designs, which are suitable for all occasions at affordable prices.

The collection is unique as most of them are paintings by popular artists.

The proceeds from the sale of cards will go to support the Round Table's long-term project "Freedom Through Education", started in 1998. Over the past four years, the Round Tables in India have constructed over 400 schools at an outlay of Rs. 35 crores benefiting nearly 3,00,000 underprivileged children. The organisation is close to reaching its target this year.

There are 20 regular designs and four premium designs to choose from. Regular cards (12 cm by 17 cm) are priced at Rs. 7.50 per card and premium cards (14 cm by 21 cm) are priced at Rs. 10 per card, which includes taxes. The envelopes are made from linen embossed paper. The cards are blank on the inside.

Marketing is done through the 2,200 `tablers' all over the country.

To place orders, corporates and individuals may contact Round Table India National Convenor (greeting cards), Linesh Sanatkumar, 6, East Kalmandapam Road, Royapuram, Ph: 5951671, 5951672.
