Set up in 1992, it has come a long way . Says Nambiar proudly: "When I was setting up a home I realised there was a dearth of good furniture shops. At that time I was considering entering some business and this came as a great idea." And despite stiff competition from foreign imports Chippendale has managed to wade through with the help of its customer loyalty and the upper hand of quality that it has maintained till now.
