Kebabs and sizzlers

Hotel Green Park was up again with a food festival with yet another concept.

This time it had come up with a totally Indian delicacy that used to tickle the taste buds of our erstwhile nawabs and kings. It is the Kebabs and sizzlers food fiesta.

Chef Lalit Mohan Bhatnagar had spread a wide variety of juicy and succulent kebabs that would melt down your throat including a few of his own innovative creations like the chukkundri kebab and murg shabnam kebab to add to the list of more than 25 other types - both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

The festival, held simultaneously at its open air, Promenade, and at the mini banquet hall, Forum, concluded on Sunday.
