Moods of summer... .

THE LEGENDARY French Alligator presented the `Moods of Lacoste' in a dazzling fashion show at the Skoda Auto Challenge 2002 Golf Tournament at the Delhi Golf Club this past week.

The fashion show brought together the talents of popular choreographer Ashley Lobo of Dance Works and Kaiten Bhatia, a fashion choreographer to bring out the `Moods of Lacoste'.

Well-known radio jockey Shamsheer Luthra welcomed the guests and introduced the new Lacoste film. The show opened with a solo jazz move, in synergy with the Chinese actor in the Lacoste film. The first round of the fashion show had models sashaying the ramp in a collection depicting the mystic mood of the French Alligator. The many moods of Lacoste -- elegant, sporty, playful and ethnic, etc -- were brought to life by the dynamic ramp models. Dance moves intertwined with the exhaustive Lacoste range made the show a remarkably unique and fresh experience.

Lacoste showcased casual wear outfits in a combination of dense colours to elegant wear with a combination of pastel colours. The collection also highlighted the ongoing favourite Polo T-Shirts, Capri's for women, singlets, trousers and spaghetti tops. The Lacoste collection is targeted at men, women and juniors. The range unveiled will be available at all Lacoste boutiques/corners in India.

According to Jayant Kochar, Managing Director, Lacoste India, "Lacoste offers an entirely fresh and breathtaking collection of leisurewear to the Indian masses. We thank the efforts put in by the talented choreographers Ashley Lobo and Kaiten Bhatia to showcase the moods of Lacoste.''
