ROGER WATERS last recorded with Pink Floyd in 1983, but that hasn't stopped his music from menacing teenagers for the last two decades. The band's best albums - The Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall and Wish You Were Here, were all made when Waters was Floyd's main creative force and have remained on the Billboard charts for nearly thirty years.
