Top band

THEY call themselves Maroon Town. They've displaced George Michael from the charts and they have a distinct flavour and beat which is difficult to replicate. Fifteen years and the band is still going strong as they play their Ska music all over. An upbeat version of the Jamaican reggae, Ska is all about optimism. The band members too are as diverse as their music and come from different backgrounds, "but we share a camaraderie" which is what helps them fuse their music together. Playing in India for the first time, the band promises to get many a feet tapping.
