Qualification : MBA or Graduate. Responsible for independently managing a
                sales unit. You will be involved in recruiting/training &
                motivating a team of agents in a professional work envirn.

Experience    : Over 4-6 yrs or over 8 yrs exp.in direct selling. Groomed in
                 a target-driven envirn., you have a passion for excellence
                & a way with people. Fluent in both English/local language,
                savvy with computer/Internet,preferably have their own phone
Age           : 27-32 yrs

Emoluments    : Will be on par with industry,handsome perf.driven incentives
