Rare gesture

In cinema it's not always that you find a senior going out of his way to help an assistant. But director Selvaraghavan is obviously different. He not only recommended Manikandan as a talented hand for JJ Good Films' next project but also helps out in the discussion. The film is `Ninaithu Ninaithu Parthaen' and Vikranth is the hero. Ashita, from Delhi, is the heroine they settled for after considering nearly 300 new faces. Producer R. B. Chowdhry heard Joshua Sridhar's score for `Ninaithu --' and was so impressed that he at once signed him as composer for his next film.
