Lucky girl

Guess who is the lucky girl chosen to play the female lead in megastar Chiranjeevi's yet-to-take-off film Stalin to be directed by Murugadas, the writer of the original version of Tagore! Apparently Jyothika and Asin were in the race to bag the role, but luck, and Chiru himself, favoured Trisha, who has had the maximum hits in recent times.

The film is being produced by Nagababu under the Anjana Productions banner. Harris Jayaraj is scoring music and the shooting will begin after Chiranjeevi completes Jai Chiranjeeva.
