(STAR Plus, Sundays, 08.00)

Here is a programme that will enrich the weekends. Aimed primarily at the new generation, which is being swayed by modern, alien cultures, the serial hopes to help them know more about the age-old customs and traditions.

Each episode takes viewers through the wisdom, grandeur of ancient India by focussing on the inexhaustible beauty of Vedas and Upanishads, temples and rivers, the myths, yoga, Ayurveda, alternate medicines, astrology, palmistry and Bhagavad Gita.

Directed by Leela Roy Ghosh and produced by Prem Sagar, this series from Ramanand Sagar will be hosted by Sakshi Tanwar.
