With all the right ingredients

On the sets of ``Red''.

Hero Ajit and heroine Priyanka Gill were dancing to the tune of Raju Sundaram. The shooting was for Nic Arts ``Red''. ``Red'' which was to have been released on Deepavali is now slated for December. Director Ramsathya makes his debut and thinks he is fortunate to have Ajit in the lead. The story is about a Madurai Don who is liked by everybody. The director said the film had all the ingredients to become a box office hit. ``It has love, glamour and fights. Besides, sentimental scenes and beautiful songs will make one sit through the entire film.''

``Ajit has worked very hard,'' he continued. Most of the scenes have been shot in a big set erected at the Ramojirao studio in Hyderabad. The song which was then being shot was a dream sequence and will be a treat to watch, he said. Ajit said that this film was bound to be a box office hit mainly because the director had taken care to include all the aspects that would interest the viewer. ``I am sure that this will be another memorable film in my career,'' he said.

According to the director, the title denotes `Revolution, Education and Development'.

The cast includes Manivannan, Rajan P.Dev, Raguvaran, Revathi, Vindiya, Charlie, Salim Gouse, Madan Bob, Rajesh and `Nizhalgal' Ravi.

Camera is handled by Rajasekar, music is scored by Deva, lyrics are penned by Vairamuthu and fights are composed by `Kanal' Kannan, dance choreography has been done by Raju Sundaram, art is by Sabhu Siril and editing has been done by Srikar Prasad. Story, screenplay, dialogue and direction are by Ramsathya.
