Court orders arrest of official

PATNA Nov. 20. The Patna High Court today issued an arrest warrant against the Water Resources Development Department Secretary, V. Jaishanker, for failing to appear before the single Bench of Justice Radha Mohan Prasad.

Justice Prasad ordered the police to produce Mr. Jaishanker in person tomorrow in connection with a contempt case arising from the non-compliance of the court's order on retirement benefit.
