Monsoon session from Monday

NEW DELHI JULY 15. The monsoon session of Parliament will start from July 21 and conclude on August 22. The month-long session will have 22 sittings, and see 35 new Bills being introduced. Some of the important legislative work includes the 94th Constitutional Amendment Bill, the Indian Telegraph Amendment Bill, 2003 and the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Bill. Some of the other Bills are the Special Economic Zones Bill and the Airports Authority of India Bill.

The Parliamentary Affairs Ministry said the legislative business included the Central Vigilance Commission Bill and the Unorganised Sector Workers Bill.
