NBW against Yasin Malik

NEW DELHI JULY 5. A Delhi court today issued non-bailable arrest warrant against the chief of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Yasin Malik, in a TADA case for his repeated absence from the court during trial. The warrant was issued after Mr. Malik failed to appear despite the issuance of several summons. The Additional Sessions Judge, S.N. Dhingra, cancelled his bail and forfeited his bail bond asking him to appear before the court on August 4.

Mr. Justice Dhingra said Mr. Malik had also violated his bail conditions by not reporting to the Tilak Nagar police station on the 16th of every month as directed by the court.
