Medical seats allotment till July 11

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM JULY 3. The centralised allotment process for medical and allied courses in the Government and the self-financing sector will be held till July 11, a press note issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations(CEE) here today said.

At present, allotment is being given for the MBBS course only to seats in the Government Medical Colleges and those at the Academy of Medical Sciences, Pariyaram.

Options will be accepted from candidates for the medical colleges at Karakkonam, Pushpagiri, Kolenchery and the Jubilee College at Thrissur subject to Government orders on the continued recognition given to these colleges, the number of seats in the Government colleges and on the annual fee.

For the nursing courses, allotment will be held to all colleges except those at Pushpagiri and the Amritha Nursing College. In the case of the Pushpagiri and Amritha colleges, only options will be accepted.

Allotment will be held to the Government seats in Government colleges and those in the self-financing sector for the Ayurveda, Sidha, Homeopathy, Dental, Pharmacy, MLT, Veterinary, Agriculture and Fisheries courses.
