A felicitation function has been planned for him tomorrow, a communication from the school's principal, R. Fredrick, said today. The top rankers in the tenth class and plus two public examinations would also be felicitated. Awards and cash prizes would be given to the students who had distinguished themselves in the public examinations and in the medical entrance test. The school correspondent, S. Regis, and the Joint Director of Education, Vijayalakshmi, will felicitate the students. Meanwhile, the Maruthi Charitable and Educational Trust at Rajaji Nagar which has been coaching students appearing for medical and engineering entrance examinations, has said that the list of successful candidates at the JIPMER entrance test included 18 students of the institute including the top ranker.
