Very much associated with Ayodhya dispute: Kanchi Acharya

Ranchi June 4. The Sankaracharya of Kanchi, Sri Jayendra Saraswati, today said he was very much associated with the Ayodhya issue and expressed the hope that a Ram temple would be constructed at the site soon.

Denied having said that he had dissociated himself from the negotiations with regard to the Ayodhya dispute, the Acharya said: ``I am very much connected with the issue. Now Lord Rama is installed in a jhopri (dingy) and very soon the Lord will get his original abode in Ayodhya.''

Disapproving of the digging of the site at Ayodhya, the Acharya said nothing would come out of it.
