Capriati, who has reached the semifinals of four straight events, slammed an ace to end the match against the World No. 23 in 82 minutes. ``The score didn't tell the true story, she's a top opponent,'' said Capriati. ``But I can't complain about the way I played.'' Capriati, a three-time Grand Slam winner, has climbed back up to No. 7 after an eye operation forced a month layoff following the Australian Open. Like everyone else, she is gearing up for the French Open, which is scheduled to begin in less than three weeks. ``It's not like I've peaked yet. I don't think I'm close to peaking anytime soon,'' Capriati said. ``I've got a lot left in me.'' The American ran into trouble against Dechy only once, as she let a 3-1 second set advantage slip away. Dechy then held a 3-3 lead and served to win the next game, but she netted a volley and Capriati went on to close out the match easily. The results: Jennifer Capriati bt Nathalie Dechy 6-2, 6-3; Iroda Tulyaganova bt Jelena Dokic 4-6, 6-2, 7-6 (7-0); Elena Likhovtseva bt Magui Serna 5-7, 6-4, 6-4; Kim Clijsters bt Fabiola Zuluaga 7-5, 6-3.
