AFL, GCSL make open offer in Matrix

MUMBAI: Alltime Formulations (AFL), G2 Corporate Services (GCSL) and individuals N. Prasad and M. Ravinder have made an open offer to acquire up to 20 per cent equity in Matrix Laboratories at Rs. 276 per share. The offer, which opens on April 3 and closes on May 2, was not subject to any minimum level of acceptance, SMIFS Capital Markets, the manager to the offer, informed the BSE.
