Rights panel moved

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM Aug. 10. The victim of the Suryanelli sex-scandal today filed a complaint before the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) that she was being harassed by the Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) which is investigating her in connection with the controversial Sister Abhaya murder case.

The complaint was filed before the State Human Rights Commission, Dr. S. Balaraman. The complaint would be send to the chairman of the commission, Justice M. M. Pareedu Pillai, for further action.
