BALASORE (Orissa), MARCH 25. The country's defence aircraft development programme got a boost today when the indigenous pilotless target aircraft (PTA) ``Lakshya'' was successfully test-flown from the interim test range at Chandipur-on-sea. Official sources said the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was test-flown at 11 a.m., sources said. PTI
