Masood replaced

MOSCOW, SEPT. 13. The anti-Taliban military commander, Ahmad Shah Masood, who is in a ``very critical'' condition, has been replaced by his deputy, Gen. Mohammad Fakhim. A Masood aide said the ousted Afghan president, Mr. Burhanuddin Rabbani, had agreed to the appointment.
