Addl. charge for Digvijay

NEW DELHI, AUG. 1. A Rashtrapati Bhavan communique, issued today, said ``the President, as advised by the Prime Minister, has directed that Mr. Digvijay Singh, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, shall also hold additional charge of Minister of State for Railways'.
