Graphics as the highlight

WORK WAS on in full swing in the specially constructed house at AVM Studio for Sri Thenandal films' ``Viswananthan Ramamurthy'', directed by Rama.Narayanan. The house and the garden at the entrance was real and did not look like a set at all. A seductive song was being picturised on Roja and Ramki.

Rama. Narayanan said, ``Generally it is the heroine who dreams about the hero. But here it is different. In this song sequence the hero visualises his wife in sexy costumes. This is the song we are shooting now,'' says Rama.Narayanan.

Ramki said the film would give him a boost as the role would create sympathy in the minds of people.``I have a good role and have done it to the satisfaction of the director. I expect to see the film run for more than 100 days''.

In the film Ramki is called Ramamurthy and Vivek, his friend, is Viswanathan. That explains the title. ``Vivek comes to help Ramki. He tries to make Roja understand that the husband is the head of the family, because she feels that as she is earning enough the hero does not have to work.

How he does it is told with comedy and graphics. The company which did the graphics is Indian Artists and the person who did it for us is Perumal. As we cannot shoot in Tirupati we have brought the Seven Hills before the viewers' eyes through graphics. This will be the highlight of the film'', said Rama.Narayanan.

Ramki, Roja, Vivek, Divya, Kovai Sarala, ``Vennira Adai'' Murthy, Master Mahendran and MRK are in the cast. The camera is handled by N. K. Viswanathan, dialogue is by Gajendra Kumar, music is scored by S. A. Rajkumar, editing by Rajkrishnan, stunts by Jaguar Thangam, choreography by Sivashanker and D.K.S. Babu and the story, screenplay and direction have been handled by Rama. Narayanan. The film is produced by N. Radha.
