Lashkar 'ultras' arrested

THANE, NOV. 23. Four members of the militant outfit, Laskhar-e-
Taiba, who planned to target the naval headquarters, oil
terminals and refineries, and the Shiv Sena chief, Mr. Bal
Thackeray, in Mumbai, and defence establishments in Pune, were
arrested here today.
Two of the arrested had ``gone up to the residence of Mr.
Thackeray a few days ago'' and done a reconnaissance of the RSS
headquarters in Nagpur, according to the Police Commissioner, Mr.
S. M. Shangare.
