Andhra Bank posts win

HYDERABAD: Andhra Bank recorded a 25-16 win over Postal in the A-Division kabaddi league championship for men at the Lal Bahadur Stadium here on Wednesday.

In another match, South Central Railway put it across BSNL 16-4.

SAI coaches feted

Coaches of Sports Authority of India in Andhra Pradesh felicitated athletics coach Nagapuri Ramesh, Mustafa (football coach) and Bhaskar were honoured. Mr. Jagmohan, SAI coordinator of SAI, and Mr. Prabhakar, secretary of Coaches Association, presented the mementoes. N. Madhukaran, SAI hockey coach, welcomed.

Naidu honours Kalyani

Former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu felicitated kabaddi player M. Kalyani, who was a member of the Indian team which won the gold in the recent Asian Games in Guangzhou.

Mr. Naidu lauded the achievement of Kalyani and hoped she would continue to bring laurels at the highest level.
