Daily kalyanotsavam at Muramalla temple

AMALAAPURAM: The kalyanotsavam of Sri Bhadrakali sametha Sri Veereswaraswamy at Muramalla in I. Polavaram mandal of East Godavari is performed on a daily basis from 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. and devotees may book the tickets either online or send Rs.225 by money order, executive officer of the temple M. Satyanarayana Raju said.

The prasadam would be sent by post. The temple is famous for its kalyanotsavam as devotees believe that unmarried boys and girls are found to tie the knot soon after performing the kalyanam, he stated.
