AG's crushes TCC ‘A'

KOCHI: C. Saleesh and Krishnakumar grabbed three wickets each as AG's CC crushed host Tripunithura CC ‘A' by six wickets and entered the first phase quarterfinal of the 60th Airtel Pooja all-India cricket tournament at the Tripunithura Palace Oval on Monday.

The scores: Tripunithura CC ‘A' 76 in 35.4 overs (A. Apsal 35, C. Saleesh three for 6, Krishnakumar three for 14) lost to AG's CC, Thrissur 77 for four in 16.5 overs (K.S. Mahood 33, M.D. Nitheesh three for 24) . — Special Correspondent
