PBG-Artillery posts win
HYDERABAD: President's Body Guard-Artillery Varilux defeated AMRCL by 4 1/2 -4 goals in a league match of the Army Commanders' Trophy of the Hyderabad polo season here on Thursday.
Manupal Godara and A.P. Singh put ARMCL ahead with a goal each in the first chukker while Simran Shergill scored one for the PBG-Artillery combine.
In the second chukker, Manupal Godara scored his second goal for AMRCL while Simran did so the opponent.
In the third chukker, Dhruvpal Godara was in the scoring act for AMRCL. However, in the final chukker, Raghavraj and Simran Shergil scored one goal each to clinch the issue in favour of PBG-Artillery.
